John P. Sacks, Esq. is a Tampa Bay Area attorney whose practice is devoted to representing the injured in personal injury cases which include: automobile accidents,

slip/trip-and-fall, medical malpractice, wrongful death, general premises liability, excessive force, negligent hiring/retention, and negligent security, among others. John also specializes in representing homeowners/insureds in claims with their insurance company due to property damages caused by windstorms, hurricanes, water, pipe leak, roof leak, mold, sinkhole, fire, lightning, and more. John has served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge R. Timothy Peters of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Criminal Felony Division, in Pinellas County, Florida.

John attended Palm Harbor University High School, International Baccalaureate Program, graduating with a 4.7 GPA. He received a full scholarship to the University of Florida, Honors Program. John attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from UF and earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
